    Customer has 10 days from delivery date to return or exchange items

    We will exchange an item if you need a different size or if there was an order issue on our side (wrong product sent)

    Products must be unworn and in their original packaging, with tags still attached. We do not take back worn items.

    Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
    Customers who return or exchange 3 or more consecutive orders with be subject to a 20% restocking fee

     

     

     

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

    Please be aware international shipments with COVID are having delays

    No refunds or exchanges on international shipments

    We are not responsible for tracking international shipments

     ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

    Once you have placed your order, we are unable to cancel it. This disrupts our teams process and is inconvenient. Our products are also limited stock so this takes away from other shoppers ability to have bought the product.

    You will be able to send it back once you receive it. 

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

    Harlow Mule is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking information indicates "Delivered” Harlow Mule is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding these issues

     

    INCORRECT ADDRESSES/RE SHIP FEES:

    We are not in charge of reshipping orders if you input the wrong address. Please double check your address before checking out! If you enter the wrong address and we ship your order & it gets returned to us you will be required to pay a reship fee
